(1)纳米材料及环境污染物的生物毒理
目前纳米科技运用十分多元,人们可以通过注入纳米药物或长期暴露于纳米材料生产车间等途径,引发纳米安全性的困扰。因此,纳米安全性的研究将成为纳米科学领域所必须迫切关注的议题。另外,PM2.5环境问题日益凸显,PM2.5引发的肺部及心血管毒性机制尚不明确,亟待深入研究。
(2)干细胞示踪剂的研发及利用
针对目前干细胞移植在中枢神经损伤、肝衰竭、尘肺等重大疾病修复治疗中亟需的体内示踪要求,我们拟构建安全、高效的纳米示踪剂,实现对移植干细胞实时、高灵敏、高特异性的体外或体内示踪。

2.骨髓间充质干细胞和ROCK抑制剂联合治疗PM2.5诱发肺损伤的研究,浙江省自然科学基金,2020.1-2022.12,在研,主持。
3. 基于智能化细胞膜密度传感系统提升微载体规模化细胞制药的综合技术研发,计划外、技术研发项目,100万,2019.11-2021.10,第二参与人。
4. 不同粒径细颗粒物对人脐带间充质干细胞毒性及分化潜能的研究,绍兴文理学院科研启动基金,2018.07- 2020.07,主持,已结题。
