1、鱼类免疫学
利用模式生物斑马鱼研究鱼类免疫反应中模式识别受体所介导的病原识别及其对下游信号通路的调控，探究内在的分子作用机制。

研究各种新型的环境污染物对鱼类的毒性作用并探讨毒性作用的分子机制。
