河南信阳人,硕士研究生导师,博士毕业于东华大学,研究兴趣为膜分离废水资源化技术。近年来,围绕膜材料、膜过程及膜润湿/膜污染控制开展相关研究工作,在水处理及膜分离领域期刊Journal of Membrane Science,Desalination等发表SCI17篇,申请/授权发明专利4项,参与国家重点研发、国家自然科学基金、上海市科委及企业委托研发项目十余项,担任绍兴市现代纺织及生态环境学会副秘书长,及Water Research、Journal of Membrane Science、Desalination等多个国际期刊审稿人。
